Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
There are airport information desks (tel: 412 472 3525) in the central areas of both terminals; blue courtesy information phones are situated throughout. The Travelers Aid desk, located on the baggage reclaim level of the Landside Terminal, provides general travel assistance and information in emergency situations (tel: 412 472 3599).

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: There are ATMs throughout the airport; bureaux de change are available in both terminals.
Eating and drinking: There are numerous restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets and cafés at the airport.
Shopping: Various shops are available in the Airside Terminal Airmall. Gift shops can be found in the Landside Terminal and on concourses A, B and D.
Luggage services: The airport has a lost property service available (tel: 412 472 3500). Trolleys are available.
Other facilities: The airport also offers emergency medical services and AED units (defibrillators). A chapel is also available.

Conference and Business Facilities
The Landside Terminal offers a Travelex centre (tel: 412 472 5151), with fax and photocopy facilities, notary and financial services (bureau de change, travellers' cheques and cash wiring services). US Airways Club provides conference rooms for its members, with three rooms in the Airside Terminal (tel: 412 472 1970), and two rooms on concourse B (tel: 412 472 1990). The Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport (tel: 724 899 1234) also has business and conference facilities, including high speed Internet access, private workstations, video editing, CD burning, multiple printing capabilities and presentation media; the hotel is directly connected to the airport via enclosed moving walkways.

Disabled Facilities
The airport has disabled toilets, ramps and lifts, and TDD telephones; assistance is available on request. It is advisable for passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance to inform their airline prior to travel. Parking spaces for disabled drivers are available in all car parks.
